The Stone Consultancy worked closely with the Marketing Director to develop annual brand strategies, which would aim to drive sales within all business. Each brand has its own unique target audience and The Stone Consultancy commissioned research and audited all existing activity before presenting final recommended strategies.
The Stone Consultancy also led a tender to renegotiate the store cards for the whole group and to develop mutually beneficial business terms, as well as ensuring an effective customer relationship marketing strategy to drive sales across and between all brands.
