The Stone Consultancy was involved in the conception, research and launch of a new store card for Principles – a leading women's fashion retailer.

Working with the senior marketing department, we reviewed the current reward card scheme and identified key areas for improvement. These changes have enabled Principles to communicate better with their customers, whilst also encouraging existing users to engage with the brand on an increased level. This has led to direct increases in Principles' bottom line.

Additionally, the new store card has given Principle much more customer data, enabling it to better direct marketing campaigns to see a greater ROI.

The Stone Consultancy prepared and led a tender to ensure effective management of the card programme with profit share for the retailer.
